About this Event
Join us on Friday, February 20, 2026 for a conflict management session "Negotiating with Difficult People". The session will be taught by Dr. Steve Joiner, who has engaged with over 250 businesses, governmental, not-for-profit, and religious entities to address complex and difficult moments in their organizations.
In addition to this lunch and learn, attendees will have the chance to meet with the Conflict Management graduate admissions director to learn more about the path to a Graduate Certificate or Master's in Conflict Management. The session will take place during the lunch hour of a conflict management graduate course, giving you an opportunity to see what life in the student's seat is like!
