In this seminar we will train how to ask for a raise or a good salary to begin with:

1-) Potential analysis – What kind of communication style do I have? What are my strong points and how do I advertise them accordingly.

2-) Role Play – What and how do I communicate to reach my goal?

3-) Mindset Analysis – What can I improve or do better to be heard and seen?

4-) Self exercise and group work
