About this Event

Wednesday, November 12 - 2:00pm-8:00pm

The NEGCOA is so excited to be holding our conference at Blue Hill CC! What a great venue! And we have 2 days of great programming for you to take in, along with time to catch up with old friends and make some new ones.

Workshop with a host of participants: Next-Gen Golf: Ranges, Robots, & Reality!

Join us for an engaging workshop that will delve into range enhancements - Think Trackman and TopTracer. What should you be considering? Is it worth it? What's better for your situation. Additionally we will discuss autonomous mowers and range pickers. Some clubs have gone all autonomous. What do they know that you don't know? What are they hoping to get from it? How could this work for your operation?

And lastly, let's see where things stand with simulators. Do you have them? Are you considering them? What type, how many, in combination with other fun activities? For lessons, practice? Hear from industry experts and course owners who have implemented some of these technologies at their facilities. How is it going for them? What would they do differently? This should be a great session that will allow for great Q&A.

Cocktails and Connections will follow with lots of great food and a chance to meet up with friends, speakers, vendors and sponsors from 5:00 to 8:00pm.

This seminar dives into the tools and strategies that help golf course owners boost member engagement, streamline operations, and drive revenue through AI, smarter communication and automation. Whether you're tech-savvy or just starting to explore digital solutions, this session will offer actionable insights, real-world examples, and emerging AI trends to future proof your course.

  • Mike Hendrix, Founder - The Tech Caddie Podcast and SBSGlobal - How Golf Courses Can Win as Google and AI Collide - Artificial intelligence is transforming how golfers discover and choose where to play. As Google evolves and AI-powered search tools become mainstream, golf courses risk losing control of their digital identity if they don't adapt. In this session, Mike Hendrix from smbGOLF and The Tech Caddie Podcast shares the how and why tied to the golf operator's mission: Make your website the primary source of truth for every question, every time. Attendees will learn how structured data, Google Business Profile accuracy, and content clarity help ensure that AI finds the truth from the golf course — not from third parties.
