The Neewollah Paradea FREE COMMUNITY HALLOWEEN EVENT returns to downtown Roseburg.
Costumes Encouraged!
Costumed participants
can gather at 4:45 p.m. on Jackson Street at Douglas Avenue.
There will be a 5pm kick off at Jackson & Douglas Ave. participants are free to walk up and on Jackson, but there maybe businesses participating on Main, Rose & Cass Streets as well.
The event is sponsored by the City, which is covering the insurance requirement, waiving parade and barricade fees, and giving out candy from a black tent on Jackson Street across from City Hall.
Neewollah is Halloween spelled backwards in case you didn’t know. This is a community event to offer the children of Douglas county a safe and festive place to show off their costumes and trick or treat.
