About this Event
About the Workshop
Join Late Bloomer for a two-part needlepoint ornament workshop!
Across two evenings, we’ll walk through the full process of creating your own hand-stitched ornament from start to finish.
Workshop Night One
We’ll start with introductions, learning the basics of needlepoint before diving into four foundational stitching techniques you’ll use in your project. After that, you’ll receive your pre-painted canvas and start stitching your design.
Workshop Night Two
Once your canvas is complete, we’ll move on to finishing — turning your stitched piece into a ready-to-hang ornament. You’ll learn how to self-finish, create your own cording, and hand-sew everything together for a polished final piece.
Please note the workshop selected takes place on Tuesday, November 25 & December 2 from 5-8pm
All fabrics, supplies and notions will be provided. If you wish to bring your own fabric scissors or trinkets to customize your ornament, please feel free to do so!
Light refreshments and treats will be provided as well :)
