With Claire Priestley from Teesdale Felt. Artist Claire Priestley is a member of Network Artists North East, and The International Feltmakers Association.
Using Corriedale, Merino and Wensleydale curly wool, Claire will guide you through the process to create a unique needle felted Herdwick sheep. These little sheep measure approximately 10cm high and stand on four sturdy legs. If you would like to adapt your sheep to create a favourite breed (for example a Swaledale), this is entirely possible. A demonstration, individual tuition, all materials and equipment and light refreshments will be provided.
This half-day workshop is perfect for both beginners and those wishing to refine their felting skills.
