Price: $30 nonrefundable deposit made to Textiles (This is the only fee Textiles charges)
Room: $109 a night (can be split with one other person)
You can come and set up on Friday as early as 9:00 am but check in to your room won't be until 3:00 PM. Breakfast is included with the price of rooms and is from 6:00 - 10:00 AM. Lunch and dinner are not included but there are many options for going out, carry out and even delivery.
Reservations for the room must be made through the hotel. The reservations will need to be made at least 30 days out from the event (August 6th). If you are splitting the room with someone else that information will need to be given at time of reservations and both cards will need to be on file.

We are willing to help people match up with someone who needs to share a room.
This is a sewing retreat and not to be treated as an open sew, you must be staying in the hotel to come into the conference room. Also, please no outside guest in the conference room (husbands, kids, grandkids, etc.)
This is a weekend for you to get away with some quilty friends or make new ones. You will set up your workspace and keep your projects going all weekend.
