Finding a toilet when you need one shouldn’t be stressful, yet for many in Coventry, it is.The Need The Loo campaign has been listening to people who don’t normally have a voice on these issues—collecting stories from disabled people, older residents, parents and anyone who struggles to find a toilet they can rely on.
“We all need the loo. But some people need it more urgently, more often, or with more care.”
Join us on World Toilet Day to:
- Celebrate Coventry businesses making toilets more inclusive, accessible and welcoming
- Hear stories from residents that highlight real challenges and solutions
- Learn about practical steps the city is taking to improve toilet access
- Recognise the Toilet Champions nominated by you!
Exciting updates:
This year, we’ll share what we’ve learned from our community listening sessions and how it’s shaping improvements in public toilets across Coventry.
Hear from our partners at Coventry City Council, Age UK Coventry and Warwickshire, Colostomy UK and Connecting for Good by Grapevine.
