We're cycling from Nairobi to Thika town and back, and we have two categories to fit your style.
*Category 1: The Competitive Group*
Ready to push your limits? This category is for you.
Meeting time 8:00am / departure time 9:00am
* Total Distance: 82 km
* Elevation Gain: 688 meters
* Start Time: 9:00 AM
(neutral zone until Muthaiga Police Station)
* The Challenge: Cycle to Thika and back without stopping.
* Rules: Absolutely no drafting behind any automobiles.
* Prizes: The first three riders to return to the starting point will win a small reward, ( male & female) courtesy of Critical Mass Nairobi and Equip Team USA!
* Requirements: You must record your ride on Strava and be a member of the Critical Mass Strava Group (https://strava.app.link/fUBSeQhoMVb)
*Category 2: The Feel Fine Group*
Prefer a more relaxed pace and good company? This group is perfect for a scenic ride and a coffee break.
Meeting time 7:30am / Departure time 8:00am
* Total Distance: 84 km
* Elevation Gain: 688 meters
* Departure Time: Strictly 8:00 AM
* The Plan: We'll have a coffee stop in Thika town before heading back.
* Vibe: No pressure, just a great time on the road!
