What is the ultimate aim of your organisation? What is the problem you are seeking to address? What change do you seek to deliver as an organisation to achieve your ultimate aim?

This impact measurement programme will support you to effectively measure the change that you are delivering.

It will explain the business case for embedding impact measurement (the 'why'); provide the theory behind the practice (the 'what') and share some very practical tools to get started (the 'how').

By attending this training programme, participants will develop:

● Their understanding of impact measurement and the rationale for it

● An outline theory of change (a ‘road map’ detailing the change that will take place due to your organisation’s work)

● An initial impact measurement framework that works for participants and their organisations

Insights 2 Impact are Sue Osborne and Sean Gladwin: two experienced leaders, facilitators, and evaluators. Sue and Sean have been working together for nearly 10 years collaborating on evaluation projects and programme delivery

The training is free. This training is open to all Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations based and operating in the City of York, including York Outer or with beneficiaries in York.

If you are unable to attend, please do let us know as soon as possible so that we can try to offer the place to another delegate. We can accept a substitute from your organisation.
