Do you carry tension in your neck and shoulders? This two-hour workshop offers a therapeutic approach to releasing chronic tightness and restoring natural ease in your upper body.
Through alignment-oriented yoga and balanced muscular engagement, you’ll identify and dissolve unconscious holding patterns that may have accumulated over months or years.
The workshop features a progressive sequence of poses and mobility techniques that open tight chest muscles while strengthening the stabilizing muscles of your shoulder girdle and upper spine—addressing both flexibility and structural support for lasting change.
We’ll conclude with restorative poses and guided relaxation, allowing your nervous system to integrate the work and your muscles to fully release.
