About this Event
Neal & Nettie’s is entering a new chapter, and we’re inviting our community to be part of the process.
We’ll be hosting two volunteer work days to help prepare and move materials from our current garden space. This is a hands-on, community-centered effort, and there are many ways to contribute.
Whether you can lift, organize, sort, sweep, or simply lend a helping hand, your presence will make a difference.
This project has always been built by the community—and this moment is no different.

Tasks May Include:
- Removing soil
- Organizing tools
- Site cleanup
- Disassembling structures
What to Bring:
- Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing
- Close-toed shoes (required)
- Gardening gloves (we’ll have a few pairs to lend)
- Refillable water bottle — hydration is key!
What We’ll Provide:
- Tools and supplies
- Light snacks and drinks
- Community spirit!
