Arkansas Department of Agriculture Law Enforcement Officer, Chief Billy Black will be our guest speaker. We would like to invite all Cattlemen & Cattlewomen, and those who work for or in the industry.
We also would like All Craighead, Poinsett, Mississippi County and any/all surrounding LEO's to know you are welcome and encouraged to attend. The education and knowledge Chief will provide will help us all work together to protect our local farmers livelihoods. Please consider sending at least one officer from your county.
