Dr. Rafferty will guide us through a powerful day focused on self-care, reconnecting with purpose, and prioritizing yourself so you can continue supporting students to your full potential. This conference is intentionally designed to help you move from burnout to balance and rediscover the heart and joy of why you became an educator and school counselor.
While this is a School Counselor Conference, we want to emphasize that all educators are welcome and encouraged to attend. Participants will also earn professional development credit hours, making this an opportunity that supports both your well-being and your professional growth.
