With the new government clearly looking to leverage AI for social and economic benefit, we will consider the opportunities for our public services to transform themsoelves and their relationship with citizens from Healthcare, Policing and Local Government to joining up data dn removing siloed government. How far and how fast are we ready to go and what are the consequences of not making these changes and how can the public and private sectors collaborate to deliver these innovations.

As well as using AI to enhance how we run and orgainsie our public services are the opportunities to enhance citizen experience. Discover how AI can be designed to enhance, rather than hinder, human experiences. This session will showcase case studies on user-centric AI applications, discuss the integration of AI in everyday products and services, and explore techniques for ensuring AI interfaces are intuitive and accessible to diverse user groups.
Session 3: Ethical AI Design and Development
