Walk and Talk at RSPB Fowlmere, recommended as a sling only walk as it gets quite muddy for buggies

Led by NCT volunteers, our NCT Walk and Talk groups give new and expectant parents the opportunity to: 

• get outdoors with their babies on a safe and accessible route 

• improve their mental health and wellbeing 

• make new friends and feel part of a community
