Free, drop-in sessions led by qualified NCT Breastfeeding Counsellors — offering friendly, expert support with Infant feeding.
Open to all parents and carers with babies up to the age of 1. Feeding support offered for breastfeeding, bottlefeeding, formula feeding, introducing solids. Coffee and chat with other parents, sharing your experiences and knowing you're not alone with your challenges.
We also have several NCT feeding peers supporters to support you.
No need to book, you can drop in at any time whilst we're open.
When visiting a NCT Baby Café you can expect:
- To be made welcome in a relaxed, safe, child-friendly environment
- To meet other parents
- For the service to be free, inclusive and accessible
- To be supported by a qualified NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor
- To receive support, encouragement and reliable information – whether getting ready to breastfeed, establishing breastfeeding, continuing breastfeeding, expressing, mixed feeding, formula feeding, introducing solids, or stopping breastfeeding.
- To be signposted to other services including health professionals, local community support and NCT services and groups.
