Bumps & Babes is a drop in group for expectant and new parents (with pre crawling babies). You can arrive and leave as you/baby like! There's loads of refreshments and chat
To make Bumps & Babes a supportive group we are reintroducing our short discussions (mid session) facilitated by our experienced NCT postnatal practitioner. This is something parents have found supportive, nurturing & inclusive helping them through the early months of parenting.
