About this Event
When visiting a NCT Baby Café you can expect:
- To be made welcome in a relaxed, safe, child-friendly environment
- To meet other parents
- For the service to be free, inclusive and accessible
- To be supported by a qualified NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor
- To receive support, encouragement and reliable information – whether getting ready to breastfeed, establishing breastfeeding, continuing breastfeeding, expressing, mixed feeding, formula feeding, introducing solids, or stopping breastfeeding.
- To be signposted to other services including health professionals, local community support and NCT services and groups.
Please do come and join us with your little ones at our Baby Cafe sessions in Hitchin at Dinky Ducks Play Den (previously Mama Baby Play) Hosted by our NCT breastfeeding counsellor.
These groups are there to provide you with feeding support and the opportunity to meet other parents in a relaxed informal atmosphere.
Everyone is welcome, you do not need to be an NCT member, or breastfeeding, sessions are there to support new parents with feeding, post natal queries and everything else in between!
The group is held in the cafe area of Dinky Sucks Play Den in Hitchin - free entry if you attending the group, please just let the staff know on arrival.
You can register here to attend by filling in your details, or you can just drop in if you prefer.
Refreshments are available from the cafe area.
Please note, Cafe is on the first floor, with a secure location to leave buggies/prams on the ground floor, however lift access is available should it be needed.
