🚶♀️😊 Fancy some fresh air, friendly faces and a gentle stroll? Join us on EVERY THURSDAY at 10am at Bucklers Forest for our NCT Walk & Talks!Led by our amazing NCT volunteers, these walks are a wonderful way for new and expectant parents to:
💚 Get outdoors with your baby on a safe and accessible route.
💚 Boost your mental health and wellbeing.
💚 Make new friends and feel part of a supportive community.
☀️ We hope for sunshine, but plan to head out whatever the weather, so if it is rainy, bring your macs and your pram covers ☔️ (we will update Facebook and the WhatsApp group if we do end up cancelling a walk!)
This is a one-hour walk, suitable for prams and slings.
