Hello NCPOS Members and Friends...Our next meeting is next Saturday October 11th at 1PM at the Stevens Creek Nature Center and Preserve (15700 Thompson Road, Mint Hill, NC 28227). Our guest speaker is Art Chadwick from Chadwick & Son Orchids in Virginia.
Please bring blooming plants for the show table, but there will be no farmer's market as Art will be bringing plants to sell.
We are also working to bring back our annual auction for the November meeting. It will likely be at the UNCC Botanical Garden in November, but more details to follow.
The Carolina's Judging Center is celebrating their 30th anniversary in October. They are looking to fill the room with great plants to honor the event, so please start grooming your best plants to bring to judging on Oct 20.
