NCMA Tysons Contract Lifecycle Series - Federal Procurement Overview

As a kickoff to the Contract Lifecycle Series (CLS), this course will provide an overview of the federal procurement lifecycle, regulations, administration, and risk considerations for both contractors and government professionals. We will discuss the current Federal contracting environment and the regulatory factors that affect various contracting scenarios. We will also discuss key roles that contractors, government officials, subcontractors, and regulation play throughout the contract lifecycle. This session will be a hybrid event.
