Dear Members,�You are hereby notified that a Special General Meeting (SGM) will be held on 15th December at 6.30pm at The Woodend Tavern.
�The purpose of this meeting is to review the draft of the revised Constitution and finalise it for adoption.
All members are encouraged to attend, as this is an important step in ensuring our governance framework reflects the needs and values of our organisation.
Any members of NCBMX who wish to review the draft constitution can email: [email protected] to request a copy.
Send any changes or challenges to the draft before 12th December 2025.
