38th Annual Advocacy and Public Policy Forum
The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Northern Virginia Chapter (NCBW NOVA) proudly announces the 38th Annual Advocacy and Public Policy Forum, a signature event for our community. Please join us Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Springfield Hilton located at 6550 Loisdale Road, Springfield, VA 22150. The doors will open at 10:00 am.
This year’s theme, “Safeguarding Our Democracy: The Black Woman’s Vote Matters” (Post 2024 Presidential election and the 2025 Commonwealth of Virginia election), is a powerful call to action. It underscores the crucial role of the Black woman's vote in shaping our democracy, inspiring us all to participate and make a difference. The Annual Advocacy and Public Policy Forum brings to the forefront issues that are critical to our community.
Mrs. Michelle M. Spady, Past NCBW NOVA Chapter President, (1998-2002; 2004-2006) is our Mistress of Ceremonies and will energize our guests with her commentary.

This year’s entertainment will be none other than Mr. Saleem Wayne “Mystical” Waters, composer, arranger, and multi-instrumentalist musician.
