Join us for this one-off seminar answering questions about the most up-to-date medical and holistic approaches women can take to help them thrive through all phases of peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause. NC Sports presents a fantastic lineup of experts to help you understand more about this phase of life and increase your confidence during your personal journey. The six highly regarded presenters will speak on topics such as mitigating symptoms, pelvic health, nutrition, holistic approaches, sleep, hormone therapy, and building strength through exercise and movement.

Jo specialises in simple breathing and mindfulness techniques to help manage pain, anxiety and stress that many women experience during menopause.

Bex is a popular PT at Stadium Fitness Centre and registered nutritionist. Bex will help you understand the role of nutrition in mitigating menopause symptoms and maintaining good nourishment when exercising as you get older.
* Olivia Smart
Gynaecologist & Obstetrician at Oxford Women’s Health
Olivia has extensive experience in women’s health care including surgery for endometriosis and hysterectomy. Olivia provides an overview of hormone therapy and other medical options to consider through the phases of menopause.
* Nicole Walker
Women’s Physiology & Performance Coach
Nicole is the creator of the “Strong Wāhine” programme to empower women to thrive in all stages of life. Nicole will highlight the many benefits of weight training and exercise during menopause.
* Jacqui Bath & Jo Dowle
Pelvic Health & Musculoskeletal Physios at Active Health
As experts in pelvic health Jacqui & Jo will help you understand the physical changes that accompany menopause and the impacts on bone and muscle strength.
