Franklin Memorial will open the Fellowship Hall on Saturday, October 4, from 11:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m., as a Comfort/Rest Station for those attending the NC Seafood Festival. Friends, neighbors and visitors will be offered a comfortable place to rest, with refreshing ice cold water, restrooms, a baby changing table, and a small play area available.
