About this Event
This year's Advanced Collaborative Law Training will focus on the Internal Family System as it relates to collaborative divorce and mediation. There will also be a section on Nonviolent Communication and how it compares and contrasts with IFS.
David Hoffman- mediator, arbitrator, and collaborative law attorney from Boston Law Collaborative will be our key speaker discussing the benefitst of IFS in collaborative law. This is an advanced training so basic understanding of IFS is strongly recommended. There will be a video provided prior to the training for all attendees to watch that will give a brief summary of IFS. This video will give you a 1 hour credit towards the CLE and will be required listening for training. The training will include role play and experiential training. There will be a total of 6 hours of CLE credit available.
Parking would be available in lot W-1, which is located at the bottom of the hill adjacent to the law school. Guests can park in any space not designated as “faculty/staff”.
