Free the Girl is a Blenheim-based acoustic duo made up of singer-songwriters Ellie Brooke and Megan Rosene.
They craft stripped-back covers with close harmonies from various musical eras and moody, soulful originals.
Formally trained but free in spirit, they share a passion for storytelling through music.
Whether interpreting a classic or sharing something original, Free the Girl offers performances that celebrate musical honesty and the beauty of simply being yourself – a match made in harmony.
