To meets it's aim of keeping blues live in Norfolk, NBS Instigated and supports Dereham Blues Festival, Last year the quality of the bands at the festival was super high this year 124 bands have applied the Festival needs about 60!. This raises the bar for local bands and so the local scene has become exceptionally high. We also like to support acts we recognise as having potential and originality as we have with #Ross Stewart and #Mississippi Macdonald is now a patron of NBS both being on their way to making names for themselves. As patron Mississippi is hosting the NBS Big Gig on the 25th MAY which is featuring #Santiago and the Soulmovers who caught the eye of members of NBS as a band that have really got live ..'IT'. Some acts are great at promotion as well as performing, some bands just live what they do. Santiago and the Soulmakers are such a band. The Big Gig is a sensational opportunity to see live acts that have really got 'IT' . Dont miss it - it'll be worth the trip.
