Eligibility:
- Any person who is a registered NESA and NBF member.
- NESA Membership
o Runs from 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025 and is valued at N$100 per person.
o Membership registrations can be done at: nesaportal.org
- NBF Membership
o Contact the Namibian Basketball Federation for more information.
- All persons under the age of 18 must submit a Parental Consent form.
Entry fee:
- Only fully-paid-up registered NESA and NBF members may participate in this event.
Entries:
- Entries need to be finalised on or before 27 November 2025 @ 23:59
- Each participant needs to register for the tournament specifically at: https://forms.gle/Fdb8hQTrXzKsiw5Q7
o Only fully-paid-up registered NESA and NBF members will be able to register.
- Team captains need to register their team rosters via email to [email protected]
Prize Money:
o 1st Place: N$ 10 000.00
o 2nd Place: N$ 5 000.00
o 3rd Place: N$ 2 500.00

Referees:
- Referees may only be contacted over Discord on the day of competition.
- Any persons interested in becoming referees instead of participating, please contact NESA directly.
National Team Selection:
- The tournament will be held in a Round Robin fashion. The top 2 teams will compete in the final round. Final round will be a physical event. Winning team will become a part of the Namibian Esports Team.
- Only Namibian citizens will be eligible for the Namibian Esports Team selection. They must also have a valid Namibian ID/passport as well as be aged 16 or older.
- Should a member of the winning team not be eligible for the Namibian Esports Team, individuals from the other teams will be approached to make a full team.
