We're going to give back this month!Cindy Martin from the New Braunfels Activity Center will be with us to tell us all about the happenings going on at the Activity Center.
It is definitely more than what you expect. Not only do they have many activities during the day and evening, they also give support to other communities.
One of those communities is our deployed troops. Every year, volunteers gather at the Activity Center, to pack boxes of hard-to-come-by treats for our deployed troops.
To help out, Transitioning Warrior is asking each attendee to bring one of three items to this month's breakfast.
1. Bag of candy
2. Candy bars
3. Gum
It does not matter the size or quantity. Every little bit helps.
Here are a few reminders:
1. There is no charge to attend, just pay your breakfast. However, there will be a certain number of breakfasts covered. If we have a Community Partner, we'll be drawing tickets at the beginning of the event for free breakfast.
2 RSVP is not required, but highly encouraged. It just helps give us an idea for planning. You can do it here or through the website rebel-llc.com/veteran-breakfast.
3. We are partnered with a Veteran focused non-profit. Comal County Veterans is our partnered non-profit for the New Braunfels breakfast. A portion of our community [partnership goes directly to them to help them with their mission.
Our goal is to bring communities together. We hope you can join us!
