Info: Brittany Jaramillo has over 11 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design, construction oversight, and building automation systems primarily for airport facilities. She has worked on airport terminals, offices, maintenance garage spaces, as well as non-airport work in labs and data centers to name a few. She has experience with sustainable HVAC design for air distribution and central plants, evaluating energy efficiencies and end of life replacements. Her work with plumbing systems ranges from restroom remodels to outside life stations. She has experience with complex phasing on projects where the facility needs to remain operational 24/7. With each system she has worked on, she has had heavy involvement in the controls side and how it should operate, connect to the IT network, and the graphics on the building management system.

Info: Claire Rung works at CEE as Commercial Construction Outreach Specialist for the SCALE (Smart Controls Accelerating Lighting Efficiency) Initiative. Claire's responsibilities include engaging and building relationships with market stakeholders to accelerate luminaire-level lighting control systems adoption in the commercial construction market. She previously worked in the University of Minnesota's Office for Supplier Diversity, helping small and disadvantaged architects, constructors, and engineers integrate into the U of MN's supply chain and grow their business.
Claire holds a BA in Communication Studies from Western Kentucky University, where she translated a passion for forging business relationships inspired from her grandfather, a small business owner, into a profession. She is involved with the American Institute of Architecture's Minnesota Design Team, the Economic Development Association of Minnesota's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, and NAWIC Sustainability Cmte.

Info: Monique Lindquist is a Senior Controls Engineer at Prime Data Centers with over 20 years of experience in building automation, energy management, and system design. She specializes in energy-efficient engineering and integrated automation, focusing on creating design standards for data center projects that align with company and tenant goals.
With extensive experience in both retrofit and new construction projects across the U.S., Monique has led initiatives to optimize energy usage and sustainability. She works closely with operations teams to improve system usability and long-term maintenance.
Monique holds a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota and is certified in Tridium Niagara N4. Passionate about sustainability and operational excellence, she continues to drive innovations in automation design to enhance energy efficiency and resiliency in critical infrastructure.
