This course is suitable for beginners with some fitness and ability to walk on dirt trails , single track and off-track for up to 3 hours or around 8 kilometres. Lunch provided . All gear provided [ compass and gaiters are loaned, maps and handbook are yours to keep] bring your own backpack and wet-weather gear, sun hat and long pants and hiking shoes.
