About this Event
In the UK, a third of teenagers have said they feel trapped by the overwhelming demands of the online world.
In the age of social media and the increasing pressures that young people are facing, it has never been more important to help them develop strategies to manage everyday situations and make better informed decisions - whether that be online or in 'the real world'.
Self-awareness and confidence are key to navigating the challenges of the digital era.
In this interactive workshop, young people will be going on a journey of self-discovery through taking part in team-building, communication based activities that will help them recognise their true strengths and weaknesses.
Young people will be provided with a starter kit on recognising their temperament so they can take steps towards making positive change.
