Join us for our Navigating Your Nervous System workshop as we provide a comprehensive understanding of your nervous system's functioning and equip you with practical strategies for navigating stress responses, promoting relaxation, and restoring balance in your daily life.
WHAT WE WILL COVER:
- Break down the basics of how your mind and body handle the common stress responses: fight, flight, freeze, and fawn; including physiological and psychological manifestations
- Dive deeper into living in a functional freeze state and how to recognise when you're there
- Discuss the role of the vagus nerve and its crucial role in regulating the autonomic nervous system
- Learning practical tools and techniques for restoring balance in the nervous system
