Join us for a fun and informative workshop where we'll discuss all things menopause. From hot flashes to mood swings, we've got you covered!
Led by a team of experienced healthcare professionals and wellness advocates, this event will cover a range of topics, including understanding menopause, managing symptoms, and exploring holistic approaches to well-being. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in open discussions, ask questions, and connect with others who share similar experiences.
Whether you’re approaching menopause, currently experiencing it, or seeking to support someone who is, this workshop offers a safe and welcoming space. Together, we can break the stigma, share knowledge, and empower each other through this natural life transition.
All proceeds from the night will be donated to Foyle Womens Aid.
