What to expect from the workshop

Find your parenting GPS (your map!) to parenting your teen.
Go beyond the excuse of “hormones” and make sense of the adolescent brain.

Learn how to strengthen and support your teen’s executive functioning (planning and organizational) skills.
Discover strategies for having difficult conversations.
Invite cooperation with curiosity and connection instead of relying on consequences.
Be more confident and connect with others parenting teens.
After this workshop, have the opportunity to join a 4 week series with other caregivers, Wednesdays, March 11-April @SCHS, 6-8pm
