In this workshop, we seek to reconnect with the dark moon phase at the beginning of each lunar month through discussion and reflective time. Join Nicole Stark, Hellenistic Astrologer, and Melissa Bruce for a moment of solitude and rejuvenation. Please bring a yoga mat and a journal (optional). A pen, paper, and an envelope will be provided. This workshop will include a Sound Healing Meditation.Nicole Stark is a Hellenistic Astrologer who blends traditional techniques with modern psychology and a deep understanding of natural rhythms from over a decade of organic farming.
