🌿 Helping Moms Navigate the Stress & Anxiety of Early Motherhood 🌿I’m excited to share one of the therapeutic groups we’re offering for moms who are navigating the emotional ups and downs of early motherhood.
Navigating Stress & Anxiety in Early Motherhood is a 6-week in-person group designed to help new mothers understand what’s happening in their minds and bodies, work through anxious or intrusive thoughts, and find practical ways to feel more grounded and in control.
This group is led by mental health clinicians who specialize in perinatal mental health and professionals who understand that motherhood can be both beautiful and overwhelming.
Because sometimes loving your baby deeply and feeling emotionally stretched can coexist.
