About the event:
2 Hour workshop which consists of education, visualization meditation, a transformative journaling exercise and one to one group breakthrough session pertaining to a specific relationship situation that you have been struggling for a while. This session is crafted purposefully for 10-15 women, so we can have an intimate afternoon of vulnerable conversations, deeper connections and supportive community. We will dive into an 8 step life tranformative framework.
There will be snacks, non- alcoholic beverages, a cozy environment, music, cushions, gratitude space, hopefully if the weather permits fun networking time on the terrace.
