Alice invites you to join us in Glasgow for ONE DAY ONLY with the inspiring Dr Sandra Duncan, Sally Haughey of Wunderled( formerly fairy Dust Teaching) and June O'Sullivan of LEYF.
Navigating our Future –Changing the Narrative
This is ideal for teams to come together, share the experience. Each of the four sessions has a section to discuss and design how the content will impact change and modify practice.

Session One- The Fourth Industrial Revolution with Alice Sharp
Using 3 'projects' delegates will be encouraged to recognise the changes, the challenges, and the need to weave the old and new together, now more than ever. This session will consider the world for today's child. Reflecting on ideas such as the impact of AI or revisiting the Biophilia Hypothesis.

Session Two - Leading the Charge of Change with June O’Sullivan, OBE, MBE
The challenge to every leader in a nursery or school setting is finding a way to ensure
that new practice is embedded and owned by each staff member, so you don’t have to
constantly chase to get it done. This session will explore the Change Cycle, which will be considered as six steps: Investigating, Involving, Introducing, Identifying, Implementing and Improving.

Session Three - Lesson from the Pumpkinseed with Dr Sandra Duncan
What exactly can we learn from nature? What can sea turtles, a bunch of grapes, lighting bugs, mushrooms, or jellyfish possibly tell us about designing early childhood classrooms?
This session explores how nature is a wise and noble teacher and offers valuable as well as very important lessons about how to design children’s environments.

Session Four - The Mighty Truth with Sally Haughey
What is the foundational understanding we must have for creating highly effective,
invitations? PLAY! Play is a process. An individual process. The mighty truth about
play is this: Children in play are in control of the content and intent of their play. This session will explore the need to really shape Play fit for the children of today and tomorrow.

This is an opportunity not to be missed.
