Together, we’ll dive into the connection between yoga and digestion, hormonal and metabolic shifts that influence nutrition, and why protein plays a more vital role as we age. Tammy will also share real-food strategies to prevent nutrient insufficiencies, smart and practical approaches to supplementation, and nutrition tips to support strength training alongside yoga.

Tammy holds a BS in Nutrition & Dietetics and an MS in Engineering, grounding her work in evidence-based science while integrating years of holistic nutrition training.
