Joey Barnes * Senior Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager * Fulton Bank

Joey Barnes is Senior Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager with Fulton Bank. He has more than 25 years’ experience in small business C&I lending.

This experience allows him to help clients with all their banking needs including deposits, treasury management, and lending.

He also has the experience, fairly unique to bankers, of having owned his own consulting company, where he assisted business owners with developing strong financial packages in order to help them secure working capital and other types of financing to include SBA loans.

Joey is a graduate of Florida State University. Joey is active in the community and currently serves on the boards of Chesapeake Regional Hospital Foundation, 504 Financing Corporation and Boys and Girls Club of Southeastern VA.
