ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:Menopause is a natural phase in every woman's life, but it often comes with physical, emotional, and social challenges. This empowering 1 ½ hour workshop is designed to provide women with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to better understand and navigate the menopausal transition. Whether you are approaching menopause, in the midst of it, or post-menopausal, this session offers expert guidance in a supportive and open environment.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
Participants will gain a well-rounded understanding of menopause and learn how to manage symptoms through lifestyle and nutrition strategies. The workshop encourages open dialogue and includes a personal workbook to take home as well as time for Q&A with a Certified Menopause Health Coach.

Char's journey into fitness and wellness began over 3 decades ago, driven by a passion to help others lead healthier, more fulfilled lives. Her extensive training allows her to offer a holistic approach to wellness. Char holds advanced certifications in various fitness disciplines & Yoga. Additionally, she is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Menopause Health Coach specializing in weight loss and managing joint pain.
