Navigating Injuries in the Practice and Modifying Poses Workshop with Taylor Hunt

Injuries can be our biggest teachers, teaching us to be more aware of how we move during the practice and making us pay more attention to the details within each pose. During this workshop we will discuss the more common injuries that occur in the yoga practice, how we can address these and how we can modify poses to keep the practice accessible even when we are injured or in pain. This workshop will also be beneficial for teachers so they know how they can guide their students during these situations. There will be time to ask specific questions from the students personal practice or regarding a students practice.
