Join Laura Wessels, bereavement coordinator/chaplain for Rainbow Community Care, for this workshop on navigating grief. The workshop will focus on what grief is and what grief isn't, how we can tend to our grief, and provide coping strategies. There will be an opportunity for participants to share their questions, as well as what has helped them and not helped them as they grieve. Resources to learn more about grief and other support group opportunities will also be provided. This workshop is open to anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one, or the loss of a home, a job, a recent move, a divorce, the pandemic, financial situations, etc.
