A distinguished member of the Argentine Foreign Service, he has served in the United Kingdom, Spain, and the United States. As an educator and legal scholar, he holds positions as a Professor of International Studies at SFU and other universities. Dr. Arredondo is also a prolific author with five books and over 100 articles on international law and diplomacy.
