Managing Muldrow: Navigating the New Landscape of Adverse Employment Actions.

1) Attendees will learn about the recent Supreme Court holding in Muldrow v. City of St. Louis regarding employees challenging job transfers under Title VII.

2) Attendees will learn about the potential impact on employers for increased Title VII discrimination claims beyond traditional claims over adverse employment actions.

3) The presentation will provide attendees guidance on how employers can manage potential challenges and implications as a result of the recent Muldrow holding.

Artificial Intelligence in the Workplace: An Approach to AI’s Benefits and Disadvantages

Learning Objectives: This session will provide a summary of the most frequently used AI technologies and their benefits, as well as AI’s current uses and applications by human resource professionals. Attendees can also expect to learn about the potential risks and liability exposure to avoid when using AI in the workplace.
