Business Helsinki Accelerator morning sessions continue on May 16, 2024, 9 AM. The event is free of charge for participants.
About this Event

Numerous startup founders lack awareness of the obligatory documents necessary for operating a limited company in Finland. Adherence to legal practices is paramount, especially concerning the issue and transfer of company shares. Additionally, decisions made by the board or the shareholders of the company, must be meticulously documented in meeting minutes.

At the upcoming Business Helsinki Accelerator event, we'll explore several key topics, including:

  • Annual General Meetings and Articles of Association
  • Understanding the legal requirements for meetings and the corresponding minutes.
  • Clarifying the roles of decision-making bodies and their authority.
  • Navigating the decision-making processes.
  • Implementing best practices for recording and managing minutes from both board meetings and general assemblies.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of an accurate shareholder register.
  • Following proper documentation protocols for recording and validating share transfers.

Welcome to learn how to govern a limited company according to the law and how to keep official documents up to date.
