This event is designed to deliver strategies for navigating both interpersonal conflict—rooted in communication and relationships—and cognitive conflict, which arises from differing ideas or approaches. The training style is both training-focused, involving a combination of presentation and real-live examples, but also learner-focused, where participants are encouraged to participate in exercises designed to place the learners in scenarios for application of the concepts.
